Ordering

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped from Monday through Wednesday or on holidays (peak seasons may be excluded). Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. We accept Paypal and Amazon Pay online and ApplePay in stores. We also offer installment payments through AfterPay.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please email us as quickly as possible at service@nubianhueman.com.

At Nubian Hueman, we believe the gift is just one part of the story. That’s why every holiday season, we offer unique gift wrapping options for purchase at Checkout.

Credit cards are charged at the time of order processing.

Yes, we offer e-gift cards that are sent to the recipient by email. E-gift cards have no additional processing fees. E-gift cards are available in amounts of $25 - $250 and are redeemable only on nubianhueman.com or in stores. For more information on e-gift cards, please visit https://nubianhueman.com/products/gift-card. Physical gift cards can be purchased in stores.

Promo and discount codes may be entered at Checkout. In the right-hand column, enter code in the Gift card or discount code box and click Apply. Only one promo or discount code may be applied per order. Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.

Shipping

For your convenience, we offer three shipping options - FREE Standard USPS or UPS Shipping on orders $100+: 4-7 business days; Standard USPS or UPS Shipping on orders under $100; Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (must order by 11am EST, Mon-Fri). Processing times remain at 2-4 days before shipping.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method that you choose.

We begin processing your order within 1-3 days. Please note that due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions in our distribution center, so orders may take longer than usual. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.

We do not offer Saturday as a specific shipping option, but as we ship USPS, it is possible to receive deliveries on Saturday.

Currently Nubian Hueman ships internationally. International shipping charges apply, Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

A signature is not required for delivery.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely in love with it, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Exclusions may apply. Most of our products are hand-crafted, however, all products are designed by a Black-owned or Brown-owned brand or artist.

Most of our metallic jewelry is made of brass. All earrings are for pierced ears. If you are sensitive to nickel, we recommend our Brass finish jewelry.
